My name is Elin, I grew up in Sweden and moved to the US in 2012, me and my husband have 4 beautiful children together. I enjoy anything creative and crafty and dream of being able to build my own furniture one day.

When it comes to my photography, it's done with quite a bit of fun and authenticity, capturing real moments that can be treasured for years to come. ​
I always aim to make my clients feel at ease during their photoshoot and love working with children and families. Silly faces and kid friendly jokes are almost always a given. Pets are more than welcome to join in the fun.

My style is candid, sometimes whimsical with a storytelling note to it. Upon request I will make sure to get a couple of posed style photos as well. ​
Every photoshoot gets its own unique edit, I love to hear if my client has a preferred style.
Examples can be warm sunset photos, film, bold and moody, bright and airy, soft gentle light (as achieved on an overcast day), etc.​ this way the photoshoot can be set up at the right time of day and year.
A favorite quote on the subject of light; because it is true, that even if the camera is a mechanical object, that functions by the laws of physical light, it also captures the light of an individual or a moment, and I think that's kind of magical.
